Answers:
How does your credit repair service work?
Step 1: Getting started
After Sign-up, Credit Repair Doctor will assist in obtaining
your credit reports from the three major credit bureaus (Equifax,
Experian and Transunion). Within two-three weeks you will
begin to receive your credit reports via U.S. Mail from the
credit bureaus.
Step 2: Mail your credit reports
The credit bureaus will only correspond directly with you,
therefore upon receipt all credit reports need to be mailed
to the Credit Repair Doctor in order for your account to
be processed in a timely manner. Mail original credit
reports (DO NOT FAX) in a new envelope and retain copies
for your records. As items are disputed the bureaus
will send you updated reports reflecting the progress of
the removal of negative items. Mailing credit reports
promptly to us will speed up the dispute process.
Step 3: Credit Repair Doctor’s
diagnosis
Credit Repair Doctor will act as your Credit Councilor to
analyze your credit reports and as requested by you, will
dispute the removal of negative items from your credit reports.
Unlimited disputes are included in your plan so this process
will continue until the negative items are removed successfully
Step 4: Congratulations! You’re
now on the road to your credit recovery.
The benefits of your credit recovery are being able to qualify
for mortgages, loans, major credit cards, lower interest
rates, apartment approvals, lower auto insurance rates, and
the ability to obtain good employment.
Why do I need your service?
Even if you have one negative item or inaccurate information
on your credit reports this can lower your credit FICO
score with all three major credit bureaus. Low
FICO scores can affect your chances to obtain favorable
interest rates for home mortgages and auto loans. It
can now also increase your auto insurance rates and affect
your ability to obtain employment. Credit Repair
Doctor has been very successful in the past with removing
negative credit items. Although you can attempt to
do this yourself, many individuals have found that it becomes
very frustrating and time consuming when they do not achieve
the results that we can provide. The fact is that the credit
bureaus may choose to ignore your attempts or choose not
to reinvestigate the negative items at all.

What if I provide my credit reports to Credit Repair
Doctor?
Credit Repair Doctor will only work on credit reports from
the three major credit bureaus (Experian, Transunion, and
Equifax). Any credit reports from other credit bureaus or
credit services will not be accepted. If your reports
are not received within 30 days of sign-up then Credit Repair
Doctor will order credit reports and will charge accordingly.
How often should I expect to get mail from the credit bureaus? And
why?
You will receive updated credit reports about every two-three weeks
until your account is completed. As items are disputed the bureaus will
forward correspondence directly to you regarding the progress on the disputes.
When I receive my credit reports/correspondence what should I do with
them?
Send the original reports to Credit Repair Doctor and make
copies to be kept for your records.
All correspondence must be mailed to the following address in a new envelope:

our address over your address. Please keep individual credit
bureau reports in their original individual envelopes so
they are not mixed together, especially if a joint spouse
account is being done. All correspondence must be put
into a new envelope and mailed within five days of receipt
to process your account in a timely manner.
Can I fax my credit bureau report to you?
Do not fax a credit bureau report to us. A faxed credit bureau

or email at info@creditrepairdoctor.com.
Any inaccurate/incorrect personal information must be reported
to us in writing not verbally for removal or change on
your credit reporting files. Credit Repair Doctor

will be applied. (Link to email address)
